Private room for rent in big house.
Laundry included, big kitchen, espresso bar, 3 separate fridges/freezers, huge backyard, off-street parking.
Pets are case-by-case. I have a couple medium sized dogs so another they can play with would be great. Cats are a bit iffy because of all the houseplants.
1st month rent + security deposit of the same up front. I can work with you on the deposit if you need to. Aiming for a 12mo min lease.
