The house was built in 2013, two stories 2600 sqft plus in 1000 sqft finished basement space. Rent includes access to the entire house. The house has both central air and steam humidifier to keep it at comfortable temperature all year around.
House is few miles from I-25 at Exit 192/193. Easy access to I-25, E-470, Walmart, King Soopers, Safeway, Sprouts, Home Depos, Lowes's, 24 hours fitness, Lifetime Fitness, open space bike trails and lot of restaurants nearby. Only 15 minutes drive to DTC (Denver Tech Center).
I am a 59 years old professional female working in the DTC area. I am looking for roommate who is not a smoker/heavy drinker with no pet of any kind, nice, clean, organize, and considerate of others. Someone who can get along with everyone in the household.
