The rooms can be furnished or not furnished your choice. Basically the entire up stairs is yours. I have a full kitchen. Walk out deck with a large screen TV, family room with a large screen TV. Both have firesticks so basically any show you want to watch.
Electric, water, wifi access, laundry room is included. Anything extra would be on you.
Looking for $850 is a little negotiable but not much. Asking for first month and security of $850 will work with you on that.
Im pretty laid back and if im home im downstairs. I do have two pomeranians which are very cool. Not aggressive maybe bark until they get familiar with you. I stay pretty clean and just ask for you to clean up after yourselves.
You can request more pictures and I will send them right over. Availability is whenever. The day you pay is when rent is due every month. I prefer someone before the 15th but again it is what it is. I prefer females since there generally more mellow and cleaner. I will entertain all applications.
