One larger BEDROOM in the downstairs of my eight year old, 4,400 sq ft house, on the close side of Parker, CO - twelve minutes to Park Meadows, 20 minutes to DTC, 35 minutes to downtown and 35 minutes DIA. This bedroom has its own entrance to the adjoining bathroom, two large closet and faces east for the morning sunrises thru the large window.

My name is Dave, I have a great lockable bedroom in my new (8 year old) home to rent, on a one years lease (first month's rent, last months rent and a Security Deposit to move in) in my beautiful, house in Parker, CO.

The downstairs has 9' plus ceilings, a full granite and stainless steel appliances kitchen, huge family room (furnished), 60" Vizio TV, its own washer/dryer and 3 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan and lots of closets. today, there is a shared bath which downstairs is about about twenty two thousand sq ft.

I pay about all the bills and utilities: electricity, gas, YouTubeTV, including Disney+, HBO, Max, Showtime, Plex, Sci-Fi, Paramount+, NFL Sunday Ticket, Premium TV programming, Xfinity 1 GB Internet, HOA fees, lawn and garden maintenance, trash, water . . . No smoking or vaping in the house is allowed. The downstairs also has its own kitchen, washer/dryer and a weight lifting machine. This larger sized downstairs bedroom is eleven hundred and twenty five dollars per month.

There is lots to do in booming Parker!!! There is also driveway parking available for $100/month. Please let me know if you are interested. Available immediately. No pets, one adult only, is all the space will support, please. Thanks for reading.
