Hi I have a 4 bedroom/4 bath house in Broomfield but close to Erie. House is very nice. Has washer/dryer on main level. Room has it's own private bathroom, full sized closet and can be furnished if needed. You also have full access to the house itself which has a huge kitchen with every kitchen item you could need. House has 2 fireplaces. Nice fenced in backyard that has great patio with furniture, grill and smoker grill. Basement has a 2 person jacuzzi tub. Can have driveway parking spot or street parking is always available. Rent is $1,000 per month and requires deposit. Can go month to month or 3 month lease to begin with. If it works well with us then a longer lease can be made after 3 month period.
