I am looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom (with private bathroom) in 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex in Broomfield. Although this is a 3 bedroom home, it will be shared among only two tenants (me and you). Price is $1,300 per month. No smokers, no pets.
Utilities (water, gas, electric, internet, garbage removal, snow removal, etc) are included in the price above.
This is a great place if you work or go to school in Broomfield. It's quiet with a lot of room to work, study, or relax. Located 30 minutes from Denver, Boulder, and Longmont, with good access to public transportation. Close to Flatirons mall, the Westminster Promenade, and Denver.
Basic Agreement:
- Minimum stay 12 months, with $600 early termination fee.
- After 12 months, month to month rent. One month notice if you wish to terminate the lease.
- $1,300 deposit required.
About your roommates: Although this is a three bedroom place, only two rooms are occupied at any given time. I would be your roommate and I am self-employed, 55 year old male.
Couples will be considered as well as individuals.
