There is a small Deposit/Background Check fee. It is in a large home in a very nice, safe neighborhood in Broomfield.
The home is conveniently located near just about everything: Grocery stores / Shopping / Highways / Entertainment / Etc.
The Broomfield Rec is just right down the street from us. There are numerous trails all the way around the house, and you get full use of all common areas and all kitchen items included!
FREE electric/gas/water/sewer/parking, and Internet - ALL utilities are included with the rent!
Washer and Dryer onsite and roadside parking. If you are interested, please email me for more details. Please note there is a small $350 Security Deposit and a 1-time $50 background check fee.
*Please note that a Deposit will be required to hold the room; I also have 1 dog in the home, so no other pets please.
However, COUPLES are welcome, but I would have to account for the additional utilities, so the rent would go up to $1300. [This is a 7 Bedroom home with 3 rooms already rented]. If interested, please let me know asap. Thanks!
