Good day! I am looking for an easy-going young professional or grad student to occupy a room in my house. Non-smokers.

House is in Broomfield, right off highway#36, 3 minutes to Broomfield Downtown, 20 minutes to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to Boulder. W/D on the main floor.

It's a big house (5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/3000sq) and 5 total people will live in the house.
