I would love to find a single roommate, preferably and older female who has a horse and would love to have him in the backyard. I have room for one more horse, who would get a 100-ft run and large stall all to himself! I do turn out in the summer on a half acre pasture. You would be responsible for all feed, farrier, vet bills, etc. I have one horse and two miniature horses. My home is 2,400 ft² and sits on an acre and a half. It is beautifully landscaped. If you love to be outdoors and have access to beautiful flowers, a creek, and many quiet spaces this may be the place for you. l have one husky and one barn cat. Dogs and cats welcome. You would get two rooms, one to use as a bedroom the other as you wish, private bathroom, front room, private entrance. We share the kitchen and the laundry room. All utilities, internet, trash etc is included. Off Street parking.Centrally relocated 20 minutes from both Denver and Boulder, 3/4 mile from the Boulder turnpike. Costco, King Soopers, TJ Maxx, Target, many restaurants, and movie theater all within 5 minutes. There is a trail that goes in front of the house that is used for biking, walking etc. Goes all the way to Stanley lake. 12 month lease, first and last month and $1,000 security deposit due at time of signing of lease.
