I'm considering a house share/roommate if you know anyone interested. House will be furnished, including extra room if you'd like, with a queen bed set, desk, chair, and fridge. My daughter and I stay upstairs. You'd be on the main level solo. However, the main level is shared at times as that is where the kitchen, living spaces and laundry are, but we're rarely down there. Would like to find someone very clean, responsible, non-smoker, no drunks, drugging, or criminal issues. Our house is in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to just about everything, two pools on the next block just for our neighborhood. Our home is safe and quiet, I don't smoke or drink. My 14 year old daughter has friends over rarely. I have two cats and a dog that love people but can't have more animals here. Someone wanting to share the home and responsibilities of their area as well as common areas fairly. Have a nice back patio and yard that I try to keep nice with flowers to enjoy. There is not much extra storage available. We have safe off-street parking. Considering price range of $975-1275 depending on room rent vs. more of a house share, main level bathroom will be rarely used by us, but that is open to discussion as well. All utilities and high speed internet available. House is at 118th and Sheridan behind Sprouts.
