- Prefer female roommate since the bathroom is shared with a mom and child
-The neighborhood is safe and friendly
- Plenty of parking
- Has both carpeting and wood floors along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances
- Large yard and garden
- Asking $750/mo, $50/mo utilities, plus $675 deposit and $600 pet deposit
- Prefer a long term renter on a month to month basis
- Non-shedding hypo allergenic dogs are preferred. (My dog is very well socialized. I used to run a doggy daycare and boarding business out of my home and loved it.)
- Cats welcome with the right tenant
- This is a home where we all care about each other (although we’re not expected to be buddies)
Need a very considerate, clean, helpful, respectful, kind, peaceful, patient, quiet roommate that loves children and dogs and can contribute to doing weekly chores as needed (and I’m not a neat freak but it’s ok if you are).
About the roomies:
You will be sharing the home with a mindful, healthy, happy, older single mom, 4 year old and 11 year old Old English Sheepdog. There will also be 1 more older/mature male renter in a larger room with his own bathroom. Seeking kind, peaceful, helpful, clean, patient, balanced, low maintenance roommate.
