We (husband and wife) are looking for a roommate in a spacious house with a koi pond in our backyard. Must like dogs. We have 4 dogs (3 pugs and 1 older boxer). We are looking to find a good roommate for a respectful shared space, just sharing the living room and kitchen, but you will have your own bedroom and bath -1,000 a month. Deposit: 1 month rent. The house: Furnished common areas. In unit washer/dryer. Elliptical machine.. Easy Street parking. Newer neighborhood in waterside Todd Creek. Central A/C / Heating. Who's here: Husband 50+ works full time M-F 8am-4pm (gamer) Wife 40+, works F-M (keeps to myself, enjoys reading and visits with family).
