I am renting out a large bedroom 13x10 and private bathroom with dual sinks, bedroom is furnished, bathroom has some towels (new Insignia Fire tv, remodeled double sliding door closet /w organizer shelves, nightstand, and queen memory foam sized bed) but are just missing your personal belongings, style, and flare. I do have painting on the wall that can be replaced as desired. Currently it has bedding for you to use and treat as your own as well.
Located in Northeast Thornton, I am situated between a few different hospitals, remote ER locations that are a few minutes’ drive to each. The Zip code for area is 80602.
I am located next to a gorgeous green belt for walking, running, skating, biking, etc. that goes throughout the Quebec Run and multiple other communities. I also have a near full gym on the premises, including treadmill, heavy bag, squat / bench cage, flat/incline bench, dumbbells 5-50lb, preacher curl and calf strength equipment.
I am looking for an individual/roommate that treats my home and belongings as if they were their own. Please note that this house does not have dogs, though it is open to possibility upon discussion.
Your rental includes half of water/sewer, electricity, trash, internet, and a furnished bedroom as stated above. Furnished home, furnished backyard patio, I take care of landscaping every other week, and HOA fees, shared main floor consisting of front parlor area, golf putting strip (in formal dining room), furnished kitchen, sunken den with surround sound, laundry room. $1,000.00/mth, $150 move out cleaning fee will be assessed upon moving out.
Parking will be on the right side of the oversized three-car driveway or on the street.
Smoking/Vaping is completely acceptable only outside, driveway, front porch, back yard, etc. Please treat this home as if it was your own, and if you smoke cigarettes, discard them properly in the outdoor trash containers.
Rent Payment by: Credit Card, Cash (receipt will be given if needed), Zelle, Venmo, Cashier’s Check, and/or check which will be needed by the 25th of each month
This will be rented out per your contract length or longer BUT a written 30 notice needs to be given if not an additional month will be charged
