It’s also very close to lots of nature, including Bluff Lake and the Sand Creek Trail and it’s located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with great parks and a community pool.

Parking in the garage is available and there is ample street parking.
The available room is the upstairs bedroom. It has a large closet and comes partially furnished, if desired. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. It’s 135 square feet and rent is $710 plus ~$90 in utilities, with a security deposit of $675 and background check required.
