We’re both working professionals, so weekdays are usually calm and quiet. Evenings tend to be relaxed — cooking, watching shows, gaming, or hitting the gym. Weekends might include a small get-together or heading out, but isn’t a party house. We keep common areas clean and expect the same from a new roommate. Overall, it’s a great space if you like a balance of quiet time and friendly conversation.
About the neighborhood:
I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s been great — I know my routes, commute times, and favorite spots. Most neighbors have been here 20+ years, which makes the area feel stable and welcoming. It’s a nice mix of suburban calm and city convenience. You’ll love having the trail nearby and being just a mile from Olympic Park. Everyday errands are easy with stores right across the street.
About us:
I run a sports performance coaching business and enjoy music, movies, game nights, anime, woodworking, and photography. I like my quiet space but also enjoy conversation. The other roommate is active, in the military, and into cooking, traveling, and gaming.
