Rent is $1,200/month, due on the 3rd of each month. Deposit is $800, due after signing the lease agreement to secure the space. First month’s rent and deposit must be paid before move-in.
I prefer one person, but a couple, small family of three, or pets may be considered and can be discussed further. Pricing may be adjusted depending on the situation.
I am looking for a 6-month to 1-year lease, but I may be open to a longer-term tenant if it’s the right fit. Looking for someone to move in within the next couple of weeks, or by the beginning of July at the latest.
There will be a written lease agreement, background check, and proof of employment required.
A little about me: I’m a 34-year-old female Colorado native. I work in education and have an older daughter. I’m fair, reasonable, easy to get along with, and enjoy having family and friends visit from time to time. I’m also a huge music lover. I do have a dog and a cat, but they stay upstairs.
The pictures that were provided are all downstairs!
