Living in my home you will be expected to clean your bedroom and bathroom weekly. If you use common areas such the kitchen or family room you need to clean up after yourself at all times. This includes dish ware, cookware, etc. I’m not a maid and we don’t have a housekeeper lol .
My home is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to shopping, Starbucks, fast food and regular restaurants plus a beautiful Recreation Center.
Please no smoking in or near entry, no excessive drinkers and/or drug use.
I will require a lease, a deposit, and a monthly utility charge.
