The basement also has 1 smaller bedroom and a full bathroom, just not en suite - if preferred, you can rent that room & bathroom for the same rate, and we are super willing to negotiate private use of the whole basement space for a greater contribution toward the lease. The place is pretty completely furnished as well, but if you'd prefer an empty room, we can empty it out too!
About us - we are 31/43, and have been roommates at this house for 1 year. When we're not at work, we spend most of our free time doing quiet & relaxing things at home - lots of cooking and baking, enjoying the backyard, taking walks around the neighborhood. We don't often have guests over or hold social gatherings, but we might do a game or movie night every once in a while!
About you - must be willing to be introduced to the landlord and get on the lease with us if it's the right fit. We may be able to arrange an initial month-to-month period. Must have stable monthly income of at least $2250 (2.5x rent contribution). Must agree with our shared living philosophy of open, clear communication, mutual respect, and personal accountability. We like to be easy to live with!
