Room available September 24th for a female in a great house in North Aurora! 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the hospitals at Anschutz, 5 minute walk from Fitzsimons Lightrail station, and a block away from Sandcreek bike trail. The house is split into two separate levels - there are 2 people (female professionals in their 20s) living on the main floor, and there will be two total people in the 2bd 1 ba basement apartment. It has its own separate entrance and living space. You would be sharing the basement apartment with 1 other roommate - a young, friendly professional female. Because of the shared bathroom, we are looking for a female roommate at this time. Big backyard, lots of storage, and room for a garden!

Looking to take over a lease through May 31st, with the possibility to extend. Room is $650/month plus $100/month flat rate for all utilities (water, electric, shared internet). Single occupancy only. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis, for additional pet rent. $40 credit/background check required, 600+ credit score, and no evictions or felonies.
