The house is 4 bedroom -- 2 baths -- w/1800 square feet, w/large fenced yard, new large deck, parking in front, washer & dryer, wired for Xfinity internet/wifi and free Netflix . Burglar Alarm and Security System installed, Cherry Creek School District # 5 and Cherry Creek, Aurora and Quincy Lake walking trails are all within 5 minutes. 20 minutes from downtown Denver, 20 minutes to DIA, 10 minutes to DTC and 5 minutes to Southlands Mall. Very close to shopping and RTD. Very Safe HOA Neighborhood.
I have 1 boxer dog living there and might consider another small pet. The dog has the RUN of the house and is my #1 priority. All care and expenses are taken care of for the dog - The Dog is trained, clean, and very friendly. She will not ruin or chew on your stuff.
NO SMOKING CIGARETTES in the house. 420 friendly okay, no drama. Smoking cigarettes is allowed in the garage or on the large deck
