The room for rent is about 10'x15' at it's longest. There's also a guest room (also pictured) available to use for anyone you might have who need to stay for a visit!
There's a King Soopers, a gas station, dining, bus route, and more literally across the street -- super convenient.
I am an energetic and multi-faceted individual who is passionate about music, movies, and sports. I own a sports performance coaching business, and my interests are wide-ranging and eclectic, including anime and game nights, crypto, woodworking, photography, entrepreneurship, and more. I'm always up for an adventure and I'm an active and social person, though I very much need a private space to call my own away from distractions. Just looking for an additional roommate to fill up my newly renovated home. Someone clean, respectful, and cool to be around.
My other roommate is in the military, loves video games, TV, cooking, riding motorcycles, traveling, and playing sports when not working.
