Also includes a 55” UHD Smart TV (with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Peacock and YouTube Premium subscriptions), super comfy brand new Dream Cloud mattress (with all new quality bedding including blankets and comforter), solid wood bedframe, 6 drawer dresser, 5 drawer dresser and 2 nightstands (all quality solid real wood furniture), new microwave, and your very own personal refrigerator/freezer.
A brand new coffee cart with coffee maker and a brand new microwave also included. Bedroom has a roomy armoire, closet, and 2 nightstands with dimmable lamps (with charging port built in). The bedroom and living room have remote controlled ceiling fans with dimmable lighting. All flooring just professionally cleaned.

You would be sharing my 3 bedroom home with only 2 others for only a total of only 3 occupants (you would be the 3rd) and we keep the home very private.
The two other occupants would be myself (I am the homeowner) and one other working professional male. Both of us work long hours, and are rarely home so the house stays very quiet and you have A LOT of privacy! My goal is to keep the home very clean, peaceful and quiet. You also have access to the common areas (laundry room, kitchen, dining room). High speed internet is included, and works very well! Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals!
We are very close to shopping (walk to King Soopers in 2 minutes), dining, bus service (bus stop is a 1 minute walk), and many other activities. Due to allergies, this is a pet free home. No pets please. Long term tenancy OK!
Rent is $875/mo plus a small contribution of only $75 for shared utilities.
