One private bedroom/shared full bath in a four bedroom house. Full kitchen and all common areas shared.
Shared bath is shared with one other man currently. Room is UPSTAIRS - 2-story house.
Room is 120 square ft, unfurnished PRIVATE room - new window, paint, carpet.
Shared bathroom has also been remodeled. There is a twin bed, lamp, table and chair in the room currently for use if needed.
WE WILL REMOVE FURNITURE IF NOT NEEDED.
Rent is $800/month plus $200 security.
Rent includes water, gas/electricity, trash. There is laundry and storage in the basement and large backyard with a firepit, hot tub, smoker and grill. The hot tub is available for ALL of us to use.
Please:
Non-smoker - occasional pot smoking fine - just not looking for the whole house to smoke that way please.
We are light drinkers.
We work 6 days a week as we own our own business.
No couples - NO EXCEPTIONS
No pets - we have two cats and we dog sit for friends regularly. There will be animals around on a regular basis.

Street parking only unfortunately. Swamp cooler for house.
