One private bedroom/shared full bath in a four bedroom house. Full kitchen and all common areas shared.
Shared bath is shared with one other man currently, could be two men eventually.
Room is 220 square ft, unfurnished PRIVATE room - new window, paint, carpet.
Shared bathroom has also been remodeled.
Items in room, closet will be removed or left for your use.
Rent is $1200/month plus $200 security. We CAN spread out security deposit if needed.
Rent includes water, gas/electricity, trash. There is laundry and storage in the basement and large backyard with a firepit, hot tub, smoker and grill. The hot tub is available for ALL of us to use.
Please:
Non-smoker - occasional pot smoking fine - just not looking for the whole house to smoke that way please.
We are light drinkers.
We work 6 days a week as we own our own business.
No couples - NO EXCEPTIONS
No pets - we have a cat and we dog sit for friends regularly. There will be animals around on a regular basis.
