Rent is $950/month.
All Utilities such as; water, trash and Wi-Fi are all included in rent. 50% of Electric bill is required per month. The location is in Aurora, in between Hampden and Chambers. If needed public transportation, bus station is right outside the neighborhood within less than a minute walk.
Refundable deposit of $400 is required before moving in. Will be refunded during/after moving out. It is a month to month lease. Lease documents can be done/prepared for a longer period if preferred.
I am a 28 year old guy and work a 5 day job in Denver. Looking for working professional candidates only with a scheduled full time job at the time of application. Need proof of employment or paycheck that is verifiable. Work from home is not preffered.
Private room and bathroom. No other roommate.

Street Parking. Has to be ok with cats as I currently have 2.
No other animals allowed.
No partying allowed.
No smoking of any kind in the premise. Smoking outside the house is preferred if you smoke. No smoking candidate is preferred.
