You will rent the entire basement, minus the guest bedroom which is very rarely used, and the laundry room which is shared. I never go downstairs except to do laundry, so the rental is essentially fully private.
Upstairs kitchen access, all utilities, and a large fully fenced yard are included.
About Me: Owning a dog is a plus! I have two (13 lbs and 50 lbs), and my larger dog would love a playmate, so I will not charge a pet fee. I am keeping the price lower because I travel for work (3-6 nights/month) and would require that you pet sit when I am gone. I am male, 34, and spend most of my time entertaining my dogs, they keep me busy!
