The most important thing is to get along, and can live together. Rent in Denver is skyrocketing and will get more and more expensive. This is a place with plenty of space, with all the amenities (cable, internet, laundry, deck out back, brand new kitchen, etc, etc). I am looking for a compatible roommate—clean, respectful, make good money, willing to live with others, and well… basically cool. Give me a text, and we can meet up here. You can see the place, and if all things check out, you can move in asap. Rent is 775/ month for the room. Includes all utilities... High speed internet and Direct TV with DVR also included. Move in and pay the first month and a 500 refundable security deposit. Refundable if no damage, and a 30 day notice. There is NO LEASE, come or go as you please, be respectful (as will I). Give 30 day notice if you feel the situation is not working out (as will I).
Absolutely no pets, no drugs and must have a day job! This is a big and spacious house so lots of privacy.
