We’re looking to fill a private master bedroom in a five-bedroom house. The room shares a bathroom with one other person and the home has a large backyard. The house has central AC.
The house features granite countertops in the kitchen, updated flooring throughout, and is located near light rail, trails, and parks.
Rent is $900 per month and includes internet, water, and electricity. The room can be furnished if needed. I might be open to a small dog or cat if it stayed in your room. Rent would be $950 with an animal
This room is intended for one adult occupant only. No additional occupants or overnight guests.
We keep a quiet, professional household. Everyone works full time and enjoys a low-key living environment. Hobbies vary and include hiking, camping, gaming, and watching movies. We’ve also planted a small garden in the front with tomatoes and peppers last year.
The backyard is great for summer barbecues. 420 is welcome in the backyard only. No smoking or other drugs inside the house.
