My condo is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes away from King Soopers, Walgreens, Target, Kohls, TJ Maxx, Sprouts, Planet Fitness, and more. The room comfortably fits a full or queen bed, has a bay window that gets natural light and has all new blinds. Walk-in closet with built in shelving that leads into the private bathroom. In shared spaces, there is a full kitchen (great if you need a good space for cooking), cozy living room with wood fireplace, and plenty of garage/closet storage. Washer/dryer in unit. Has new HVAC unit so it stays really cool in the summer months and plenty warm in colder months.
I am a 3 y6ear old, female working professional (9am-5pm hours), non-smoker, clean/tidy, and have a small dog. When I'm not working, I like hanging out and watching TV, reading, going to the gym, meal prepping, etc.
Looking for a roommate who is working full time, respectful of shared space, non-smoker, and pleasant to be around. It'd be great if we share similar values and appreciate working hard but also enjoy social interaction! In the past, I’ve lived with both males and females and have established a great dynamic very quickly. My last roommate lived here for a year and it was very enjoyable for us both.
Lease would start at 3 months and then we can reevaluate from there. $900 + utilities (WiFi is included).
