$690 Bedroom for rent in south Aurora house (Aurora)

We have one room for rent in our large home in Aurora. The room is in the newly finished basement and shares a bathroom, kitchen, and laundry with only one other roommate. There are also 3 roommates that live upstairs but they have their own separate kitchen and laundry.
All of the roommates are professionals in their 20s or early 30s and work regular hours. They all get along well but mostly keep to themselves. They are currently all males but we are open to any gender
The security deposit is $690 (same as one months rent) and utilities are split evenly. They usually range from 50-90 a month depending on usage. Trash and high speed internet are included in rent.
