We have a basement room available for rent located right across from Cherry Creek Dog Park, border to Aurora and Centennial area. You will have your own bathroom, living room, kitchen and it's all furnished/ move in ready, the only thing that you will need to share is laundry. There is a door into the basement coming in from the garage so it’s a convenient pathway.
We are looking for a responsible, non smoking and respectful tenant. We would prefer someone without pets since one of our dogs are pet reactive. You’ll need to be dog/ cat friendly as well since we do have quite some numbers of pets plus we do fostering too.
A little bit about myself, my fiancé and I currently live in the house along with a few dogs and cats of our own. We are both working professionals, both in the mid 30’s and very laid back.
