Move in December 1st. South Aurora garden 𝐌𝐒𝐀𝐆 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 (𝟓𝟎𝟒) 𝟑𝟐𝟕-𝟐𝟏///𝟖𝟒/// evel bedroom with a private bath, separate entrance in a modest home (3 bedroom/3 baths) in a great, quiet gated community. All utilities included (water, gas, electric and Comcast Wi-Fi). Also includes kitchenette off your bedroom in family room on garden level (full kitchen upstairs). Bedroom and Bath are currently guest rooms - we can customize your areas. Large driveway and possible inside garage parking (once things are organized and $25 extra per month). Full size fridge/freezer in garage can be shared. Community amenities include Clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and park. I work from home and have 2 dogs. Pet considered - must get a long with my dogs. I live on a 1/4 acre lot with gardens. $250 deposit (includes security gate fob) and background check required. I prefer someone staying 6 months but can go month-to-month (30 day notice before moving out). I will not tolerate drugs, drama, or deadbeats!
