It's more of an upscale home in a very nice neighborhood with wide streets and big lots in a golf course community with clubhouse and pool (I'm not right on the golf course). It's 1 mile from Cherry Creek State Park & off-leash dog park where I go 2-3 times per week.
I am renting out my basement apartment. It does not have a separate entrance-it's through the house. It's been newly remodeled. 2500 Sq ft, 2 good sized BRs one 3/4 private bath, full private kitchen with stainless appliances & granite countertops, and has a huge yard and big patio. It's fully furnished except a bed but it's a possibility.
I have 3 super dogs that are people & pet friendly. They love company.
