My name is Joe and I have a room for rent in my 2 bedroom apartment. There is one bathroom we would share. Everything included except electric and internet/cable. We would split the bills which isn't much. The rent on your part is $900 a month. I'm a heavy equipment operator and I get up very early during the week so please respect that. I don't party or do drugs. Im 420 friendly but I do smoke outside on the porch. Unfortunately the room is unfurnished so you would have to get whatever you need in there. I'll help if I'm able too. Im very chill and easy going. I just expect the same respect I give you. Im also open to weekly rent, but I would want in writing that you will leave if and when the length of stay you paid for is up. I also would like a small deposit of $200 if paying monthly, and $50 if paying weekly. Im straight up and you will get it back as long as nothing gets broken or anything. I live a drama free life and I do whatever it takes to keep it that way. Please just be respectful and don't bring any drama. I took a few pictures of the room.
