I'm only looking for 1 roommate though.
It's a bi level house and I will be taking the master bedroom upstairs. The two rooms on the lower level are the same size as the master. There is a shower in the downstairs bathroom and a shower with a bathtub upstairs. The house sits on about .21 acres so the backyard is huge, has a upper and lower deck and a firepit. You would have full access to all of the the general living areas. (Livingroom, kitchen, laundry.) I am a 55yr old man, my ex wife win the house in the divorce however my name is still on the mortgage, she doesn't live there my daughter has been renting it but is moving out of state and I will be moving in on 2/1/2026 and looking for someone to share the house with. I am a conservative Christian hoping my roommate is like minded but am open minded. Not 420 friendly I have a 7yr old shitzu and there is a doggy door big enough for a mid-sized dog. We would share in the cleaning responsibilities. You would get all of the lower lvl which includes the family room that has a fireplace and a wall mouth for your TV. There is also a wall mouth in one of the rooms downstairs. Prefer non smoker but if you smoke it's done outside. Was a smoker myself and totally get it.
