A little bit about the home. It’s a 4-bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. It’s located in west Arvada in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a fenced-in backyard with multiple patios and some great landscaping.
We are renting out the basement room which is the 2nd largest room in the house. We also are open to renting out the small or medium bedroom and moving into the basement depending on what you think of the rooms. This also comes with a garage space for parking your car. The basement room also has a half-bathroom without a shower, and the shower is shared with two others upstairs. We could also rent out the medium upstairs room which would be slightly cheaper ~875. We try to be very accommodating.
About us! Ben is 28 and is LPCC working at an animal assisted therapy center. Brian is 39 and is pursuing his pilots license at the local airport. Peter is 31 and still pursuing his masters degree with an intent to get his LPC. We all work non traditional hours and are often around the house.
None of us are big partiers. We will have the occasional drink or edible but do not allow smoking within the house. We also have a full library and board game collection (236+ games) and love to have the occasional game night.
