The place is fully furnished with an extra bed available if needed. You can have the entire downstairs that has its own bathroom, living space and bedroom, or you can use the bedroom upstairs. My only request is that we use separate bathrooms.
Location:
There are many trails close by both in the neighborhood and within a 5min driving distance, including Ralston Creek trail and Van Bieber. It is 12min to Golden and 20min to Denver. King Soopers is a minute away and Sprouts is right down the street.
