Hey Denver folks! I’m looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my 3-story townhouse in Arvada. It’s a three minute walk into olde town, underneath the water tower, 12 minutes to red rocks, 12 minutes to coors field. The lightrail is 3 minutes away and takes you right to union station and the airport!
Pics of the fur babies in the house and neighborhood. Roommate moves out at the end of this month - can send you pictures of her room, just wanted to respect her privacy before posting directly on the internet.
✨ About the Space:
• $1300 / month
• $1000 deposit (covers move-out cleaning + any damages)
• Private en-suite bathroom and shower
• Smaller closet but great natural light
• Room is yours — paint it, hang lights, decorate however you like!
• Free and easy street parking
• Limited garage storage available for items like paddleboards, kayaks, skis etc.
• Large kitchen + fully furnished living room - lots of gorgeous natural light and space. Fireplace! Balcony!
• There is a third room I use as a home office and guest room.. it’s reserved for my wfh use on weekdays, but I’m open to coordinating weekend guest needs if you’d like to host occasionally!!
- Neighborhood pool, hot tub, and gym!!
🐶 About Me:
I’m 31, from colorado, work in finance (hybrid M–F), and live with two cats and one dog — preferably no additional pets, but if you have a friendly dog, good with cats, I’m open to the right fit.
🏕️ Lifestyle:
Weekdays are quiet and low-key.. think work, dinner, mellow nights in. Weekends are more social: open-door vibe, friends often dropping in or staying for the weekend from out of town, and lots of activity. I do travel a lot and am often gone about 60% of weekends - which leaves you with the whole place to yourself!
🧼 Home Vibe:
The house can get a little messy with weekend adventures (think: camping, paddleboarding, party busses to concerts, general travel), but we always reset by Monday to keep the week flowing smoothly. We’ll share upkeep and maintenance of shared spaces equally, keeping things clean, functional, and comfortable without being rigid. This could be great for someone new to town looking to get swept up in all the fun activities that Colorado has to offer!!
💡 Costs & Responsibilities:
• Rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, internet, etc.)
• Shared-use costs (like replacing a stained rug, hiring cleaners, fixing something either of us breaks) will be split fairly
👯♀️ Who I’m Looking For:
Ideally someone in their late 20s to early 30s with a stable career who wants a fun, inclusive, supportive and respectful home. Hoping for a like minded - growth oriented individual. This wouldn’t be the best fit for someone who’s highly introverted. If you enjoy a work hard play hard kind of life, this could be a great fit.
