Hello,
I have the my basement bedroom/private bath available starting May 1st or ASAP. I'm looking for a working professional who can keep an eye on the house and other tenants while I'm gone to check on my Missouri house. Room is furnished and I don't have any extra room for storage accept for your walk in closet. I do have two dogs and a cat so no pets. No smoking, drugs or excess alcohol use.
