WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager
Strong communication skills — with customers AND your team
Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
Hard worker who leads by example on the floor
Experience with scheduling, cash handling, and daily store operations
Ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Open and/or close the store
Manage and schedule a team
Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs
Ensure an excellent customer experience at all times
Handle inventory, merchandising, and floor operations
Resolve customer and employee issues quickly and professionally
