Team Member -- Full Time

Positions involve heavy customer service (both in person and via the telephone), sales, computer, office work, and light maintenance. Managing/renting self-storage units and renting Rental Trucks for the LEADING Truck Leasing Company in America.

This is not an entry level position. "Manager/Lead" experience in retail management, customer-centered selling and/or property management in class A or B real estate businesses required.

Must be a TEAM player and a self-starter with a CAN-DO attitude. 100% on time attendance is required.

Clean presentable appearance.

Good verbal communication and telephone skills.

Computer experience AND strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Positions require getting in and out of high cube rental trucks, giving property tours & inspections, the ability to lift 35 to 45 lbs, and running errands / shopping for the office.

Reliable transportation and good driving record required.

Must pass a credit and criminal background check and a DMV record search.
