I am a predominantly Revit Operator. With experience in AutoCAD, Sketchuo, and Fusion 360. 3d modeling is a passion. I have 8 years professionally drafting. I have experience in families, parameters, architectural, MEP, fabrication, exporting, review processes. Etc etc etc in the Revit world.
On top of the software experience over the years I also can compliment that with a collective 7 years working in residential construction, remodeling, and maintenance. As well as commercial construction, remodeling, and maintenance. Also with 3 years of government work experience, as an operator, project support, construction information provider, contract manager, and QC. As well as 9 years in food service and customer service, management teams, money, labor, food order, and issues that arise.
Very detail oriented. Very much a self starter. Can work well in person and responsively remote. No issues doing field verifications. I am mobile via public transit and hyper scooter, with valid drivers license, cleanish driving record (minor faulty equipment and 1 speeding from 2023). Have a lot of hand tools, survey tools, drone, 3D printer and laser engraver. Architectural drafting degree and Revit certification. As well as universal HVAC license.
Would be seeking employment provided both party terms are obliged, and I am able to do a 2-3 week notice at my current job.
I have no problems working for firms, or independent contractors as a 1099. Independant contracts I will need reassurance there is enough work to sustain. Can do BIM Managment, or operating. I would be interested in pay in the range of $95k-$110k/yr. Very slight flexibility in that and open. Monday through Friday. But can be flexible per the need and have no issues with overnight work with preparation.
Also don’t mind doing independent work. Ideally, this would be an opportunity for me to grow with a company that is wanting/needing start up Revit services.
