We can do any upkeep or maintenance needed to keep your property safe, clean, and well maintained. Jobs such as home repairs, snow removal, leaf removal, hedge trimming, fallen limbs, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and repair, Christmas decorations both inside and out- count us in!!! Any job we accept, is guaranteed to be done just the way you want it!!! We don't get paid until you are satisfied with our work.
Open spots are filling fast!!! We are happy to accept one time jobs, however we hope that you will be so pleased with our work that you'll want to sign up for one of our seasonal plans that allow you to relax and know that you will be covered for all of the jobs we have agreed to take on for you, and sometimes we can even do some extra chores if you ask!!
Our fees are dependent upon the plan you choose, plus any needed tools or items that are not on hand!!
With us you can relax knowing that you can consider it done!!!
Examples of our services are:
Rental Renovations and clean ups
Handyman services for home/office/yard upkeep and maintenance
Moving or redecorating
Furniture Moving inside the home or removing from home
Assembling new furniture or other items such as Christmas gifts (also disassembly of items)
Animal/plant Care
House Sitting/ or Office Sitting
Snow/Ice Removal
Salting/Sanding walkways and side walks
Interior/Exterior paint
Emergency Services include-
Emergency Broken Water Pipe repair and clean up
Stopped up toilet or drains
Heat going out in cold weather
Anything you need that is not listed can likely be added to any plan for a very reasonable price. All plans are tailored to the client, so feel free to ask about any chores that don't require specialist certification.

The type of listed jobs is what we are looking for clients for. We are not interested in anything beyond professional relationships so please don't ask what ELSE we are willing to do. We are a happily married couple and want to stay that way. So no photo shoots, extracurricular activities, or any other type of positions are sought or wanted. We are happy to provide property maintenance for you!!!
