Background includes work in manufacturing/production environments, inventory systems, field service, tool repair, quality/inspection, facilities, and operations support. Comfortable with documentation, diagrams, procedures, and learning new systems quickly.

- Field service & facilities work (PLCs, electrical diagrams, technical manuals)
- Boiler/steam service (mechanical & electrical troubleshooting)
- AutoCAD 2D (floor plans, layouts, labeling)
- Matterport 3D building scans (MEP & walkthroughs)
