INDESTRUCTABLE TINY HOME. This is a 20 foot metal shipping container that has been repurposed into an off grid housing unit. Complete with rain water harvesting system to include two 250 gallon water tanks, a first flush collection gutter, water pump, gravity feed water delivery. Solar collection/ energy system including solar panel, 2000VA, 80 Amp victron energy inverter, PV array DC isolator, victron energy charge controller and two batteries, which runs in ceiling lights, charging ports. A brand new minisplit has just been installed. A water efficient toilet and plumbing lines. The construction of the unit is all of water resistant or water proof materials- there is no drywall or plywood material to rot or get wet. The walls have metal studs with 4 inches of spray foam insulation then a layer of marine plywood and then a layer of medical grade vinyl paneling covers the walls. The container sits on a double axled flat deck trailer with a pintle receiver. There is a hand operated winch/ crane attached to the roof to hoist materials to the roof. There is an outdoor shower connected to the water delivery system. There are two roll up awnings attached tro the container for sunshade. The three windows are hurricane rated along with the two metal doors.
