About RedT

RedT Homes is a growing real estate firm that owns a development, brokerage, and property management company. We are also in the process of adding architecture and design to our suite of services. We work in urban infill of all types, from townhomes and condos to mixed-use commercial projects. Our firm is made up of extremely talented individuals who have all helped the company grow at a rapid rate. As a result of the sustained growth in our property management division, we are looking to add a Property Management Administrator to our team.

About the Position

Our property management division provides management services to over 50 townhome communities. Typical duties of an admin will include assisting our Property Manager with the coordination of all our management services, the corresponding billing, and responding to owner inquiries. You'll also assist in the expansion of our Property Management Division, helping to onboard new communities and set up new accounts. Miscellaneous project management tasks to address community issues as they come up will also be required.

Experience is not necessary for this role, though an education or background in real estate and/or prior experience in a professional customer support role would help. We are more interested in finding someone with great customer service abilities capable of quickly learning new information and processes. Thinking critically to come up with creative and proactive solutions for problems is a must, though you'll have excellent support from our Property Manager and Operations teams. Ultimately, we are looking for someone that can jump in and be instantly capable of assisting with management of a diverse set of tasks and projects.
