Cornerstone Apartment Services, Inc. is currently managing over 200 buildings and 4000+ units in Denver's urban core and is seeking to hire a full-time accounting clerk. The clerk will help with both accounts receivable and accounts payable including the daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities
Rent Collections – scanning and receiving rent payments to resident ledgers
Accounts Receivable – help receive incoming fees to buildings or Cornerstone accounts
Utility billing - Including, but not limited to, Xcel, Trash, Water, Century Link, and Comcast.
Accounts Payable - help with any invoices and make sure they are paid on time.
Deposit Accounting - Process move out deposits for tenants after receiving paperwork from Portfolio Managers.
Organization - helping with scanning the invoices and deposits each month.
Support - help in any other aspects of accounting as needed.
Bachelor's Degree, Accounting concentration preferred
Microsoft Office experience, preferred
Accounting experience, 1-2 years preferred
Bookkeeping experience, preferred
Great at verbal and written communication
Able to multi-task
Yardi Voyager experience, a plus

Business casual and position is full time Monday - Friday starting at 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
