We have FSBO:
OEM Saab Bumper Cover with foam insert included and the two side inner attachments.
This is coming off a year 2000 Saab 9-3 Convertible, Color: Sun Green.
There is MINIMAL damage (pic) on this, paint crinkled/cracked on top of bumper where license plate holder is. We had a minor fender-bender, and no shop would work on it, so we are changing it out ourselves. Got one of the last new bumpers in the western hemisphere. Even though there is minimal damage, our Convertible is in near-mint condition and we weren't wanting to keep even a minor damaged bumper on. (BTW, the accident was totally not our fault; other guy paid.) (New bumper cover without foam insert was $400.)

We can give referral for the only guy we found who would paint the bumper for us, and did a standup job.
