firm on price

Made to fit face up under the rear seat of 2002-2013 Chevy / Chevrolet Avalanche and Cadillac Escalade EXT.
I'm pretty sure it also directly fits 2001-2007 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra but only crew cabs(4 doors)
Likely also fits plenty of other trucks of all brands with regular cabs since they typically have more available space under their rear seats.

Sub enclosure details:
sealed
dual 12 inch
made of 5/8in mdf
.5 cu.ft of airspace per sub
48 inches wide, 6 inches high
4.5 inch speaker mounting depth
had to do some trimming to it, but now it fits right into place, the speakers don't hit anywhere on the bottom of the seats, both seats fully close and latch, and there is still some room on the floor behind the box to add an amp.

Subwoofer details
brand: MB Quarts
Model: Discus DS1-304
12 inch
power rating: 200watts rms each (pretty sure they rated these conservatively. feel like they handle more in the 250-300w range)
3.07in mounting depth
trim rings for covering up screw holes and give it a cleaner look
brand new. still have the owners manuals, window decals and even the boxes they came in if you want them
dual 4ohm voice coil(speakers currently wired in parallel which makes them 2ohms each)
will need 1ohm stable monoblock(1ch) amp, or a 2ch amp with decent power in order to power them how they're currently wired. but can also be rewired if needed to a 4ohm final impedence which should work with all amps.
Massive Audio took these same subs and started selling them under their brand. They called them UFO, and sell for $130 each.

Avalanches are fairly difficult to fit a decent sound system into. They have very limited space under the rear seats with seat frames going across the floor, and they also have a folding midgate so you can't use the space behind the seats if you still want to use that useful feature. Downfiring(speakers pointing down) underseat enclosures are the least expensive options and usually fit easily, but the downfire design severely muffles the subwoofers. Upfiring(speakers pointing up) enclosures like this are more expensive due to to requiring a more complicated design and build, plus many times they don't fit perfectly without modifications.
This setup is probably the best bass you can add into those trucks unless you're willing to shell out big bucks for an enclosure that replaces the midgate or getting something custom made. It won't give you teeth-grinding bass, but it is still a decent amount of thump.
