2010 f150 xlt 4x4 in great condition dition - $12,500 (Aurora)

Great working condition and very well-maintained 2010 F-150 inside and out. Has 6 seats with 6 foot bed. Never hauled anything more than just my small ATV. It has a 3” lift kit already installed.
Just had major maintenance done:
201,000 miles | Clean title no accidents 4x4
🔧 New timing chain, camshafts, tensioners from Ford dealership with receipts “not the cheap Amazon ones”
🛞 Newer tires 75% still on them KO2 still under warranty through Costco

Truck runs and drives strong with no mechanical issues. Clean inside and out. Body is in good shape with some scratches here and there—no major dents
Inside is in great shape non-smoker no pets. Seats in great shape no stains. Front Windshield replaced last year with original F150 one. Everything works as it should. There is a light scratch on the passenger side where I scraped a tree while parking.
The wife got me a new 2021 tundra that’s the reason why I am selling it. I had this truck for over 9 years. Fantastic robust and I call it the beast.
